Over Temperature Alarm

The OTMA is a single zone alarm system designed to detect the presence of high temperatures in areas where there is high value equipment. The OTMA has a battery backup and as such is well suited to environments such as computer rooms, comms rooms and server rooms where the system will still operate in the event of a power failure.

Monitors temperatures between 5 to 30⁰C
Can be locally installed or remote (up to 50 metres)
The OTMA can be connected to an Aqualeak Autodial telephone system

On detection of a temperature above the user defined maximum, the OTMA will immediately go into alarm. When this happens an audible alarm is sounded and a red LED illuminates, at the same time the two volt free changeover relays switch. One relay can be connected to an autodialler that will call a set of predefined telephone numbers, the other can be connected to the BMS.

Typical applications include computer rooms, comms rooms, server rooms, data centres an plant rooms where excess temperature will adversely affect the performance of the equipment housed in it.

The OTMA can be connected to a tamper proof temperature sensor or a digital display temperature sensor.

Sensors

	Aqualeak environmental alarms use temperature and humidity sensors to monitor critical areas where over temperature and humidity will have a detrimental effect on a process or operation of equipment.
	There are two versions of the temperature sensor offer a range between 10⁰ - 30⁰C and a humidity sensor that will measure between 35% and 100% RH.

RA Repeater

	This is a miniature alarm repeater designed as a stand-alone module and can be linked in series to repeat an alarm condition in several locations at the same time.
	The RA remote repeater panel can accept an alarm signal from any no-volt relay output. Can be used with the Waterbug, AquaTraq, OTF, OTMA, RGO, Oilbug and Redeye1 alarm panels.

Solodial Auto Dialler

	The SoloDial automatic dialing unit can dial out to up to eight different telephone numbers to alert the recipient that there is an alarm.

SMS Alarm Auto Dialler

	The SMS alarm can be used to send text messages to up to five different phones when an alarm is triggered.
	Up to four different devices can be connected to the alarm inputs and a bespoke message for each transmitted. Works with any mobile network SIM card and requires no fixed telephone line to operate making it ideal for working in remote locations.

Beacon-Sounder

	The beacon/sounder unit has a load audible output (105dB at 1m) and a bright flashing beacon that will trigger when an Aqualeak panel goes into alarm.
	This unit can be located in an area that gives a better opportunity to react to an alarm such as outside the room being protected or on the outside of the building. The effective range for the sounder is 32m from the position of the beacon/sounder.
