BREEAM Flow-based Water Leak Detectors

Specifically designed to comply with BREEAMS WAT02 and WAT03 major leak detection credit criteria. The Aqualeak leak detector system is capable of detecting major leaks on the water supply between and within the building and the site boundary. In addition to this we also provide a pulsed output that will allow consumption to be monitored and managed.

WG1 BREEAM Water Leak Detector

	Single zone major water leak detection to comply with BREEAM WAT 02 and WAT 03 where only internal leak detection is required
	Complies with BREEAM WAT 02 and WAT 03 for major water leak detection. The WG1 system uses a single zone panel into which a turbine water meter with pulse output reader is connected. Normally used where the mains cold water enters a building in more than one place or the outside wall of the building forms the property boundary.

WG2 BREEAM Water Leak Detector

	Two zone major water leak detection to comply with BREEAM WAT2 and 3 where external and internal leak detection is specified.
	Complies with BREEAM WAT02 and WAT03 for major water leak detection. The WG2 system uses a 2 zone panel into which 2 turbine water meters with pulse output readers are connected. One meter is located at the boundary to the premises and the other where the mains cold water enters the building. The panel can be programmed to suit the owner/occupancy of the building.
